The Alan Auld Group of companies now operate an Employee Profit Share Scheme which benefits all permanent members of staff both present and future. The scheme reflects a commitment to share the success of the group with our employees in the form of financial reward paid out twice over a 5 year period.
The Directors have pledged to regularly contribute a percentage of profits into an investment fund for future bonus payments to staff. Linked to this scheme is also provision of a benevolent fund to offer support to any member of staff in the event of unforeseen financial circumstances.
