Alan Auld Engineering (AAE) is proud to announce that it has been named as an NCE100 company for 2017.
The NCE100 initiative was launched by New Civil Engineer in 2016 with the aim of finding and recognising the top 100 civil engineering practices based on a set of criteria used to define outstanding civil engineering.
We entered the NCE100 survey for the first time in 2017 by completing an organisational questionnaire. Our employees were then invited to complete an Employee Survey, which was completed by over 7000 employees in total across the 100 companies.
So fingers crossed as we await this week’s announcement on which of the NCE100 companies have been shortlisted for one or more of the NCE’s ten awards. The recipients of these awards, as well as the 2017 NCE100 Company of the Year, will be announced at the NCE100 Awards dinner at the Hilton Park Lane, London, on Thursday 22nd June.
John Elliot, Owner, commented;
"This is our first year of entering the competition so we are delighted to be classed as one of the top 100 companies. The output of the benchmarking tool will be very useful to see where we can progress in order to continue our investment in our people and business."
